The Council for Older Adults of Niagara County recently announced the winners of its 2020 COA Virtual Photo Contest! This year’s entries were filled with beauty, humor and awesome creativity. A special thanks goes out to judges from the Castellani Art Museum, Communication Studies Department at Niagara University and HANCI.
